Upcoming Webinars from IAM HeartPreviously recorded webinars can be viewed here I know a woman in a leadership position who often bursts into song while walking down a corridor. She greets everyone with an open smile that holds nothing back. She always finds something positive to say which is undeniably true and authentic. To me, she is a wonder. She makes it easy to let go of temporary disappointments for the sake of what is truly important and the knowledge that our work is contributing to the betterment of the people we serve. She exemplifies the height of the heart, one of the important dimensions of the heart that we will work with during IAM Heart's upcoming webcourse 103: The Four Dimensions of the Heart; I'll serve as the instructor of the course. If you have ever experienced a crushed heart, due to a severe disappointment in life, you will learn how to restore your natural condition of hope, optimism, wonder and awe through Heart Rhythm Meditation. This same friend of mine will immediately shift into heart-felt kindness and compassion the moment she is in the presence of someone suffering from emotional wounds. The pace of her words slows down. Her whole manner -- tone of voice, facial expression, a hand on your back -- is comforting. She gives you her full attention, and when I am with her in these situations I feel unconditional love emanating from her heart. My friend exemplifies the depth of the heart as well as the height of the heart. The depth and height together comprise the vertical dimension of the heart. In our webcourse 103 -- which is based on the book Energize Your Heart in Four Dimensions -- you'll have the opportunity to bring light and love to the depth of the heart, where the wounds are, as well to experience the profound connection between the depths and the heights. There are other important dimensions: the width of the heart, the forward dimension of the heart, the back of the heart, and the inner dimension of the heart, from which all of the other dimensions emerge. The 103 course is a natural extension of courses 101: Introduction to Heart Rhythm Meditation, and 102: The Four Elements, which are prerequisites. You will continue to work with the four elemental breaths -- Earth, Water Fire and Air -- and apply them also in "Exercises for Life." I hope you'll join me for this webinar on how you can restore hope to your heart, and energize all the dimensions of your heart.
